How good is this service?

And what are other lease finding services?

Starting Jan 15th a new site will be in town. The site is called Land Lease Texas which will offer free services for posting and finding leases of all kinds throughout Texas. Email info@landleasetexas.com for more information. We will also have a booth set up at this weekends Ft. Worth Gun Show, stop in and grab a flyer and feel free to ask questions to our representative.

I dont like the fact that you can not see the available leases without signing up. At least Lease Hunter lets you see them for free, just not the contact info.

No clue which site has more quality leases listed though.

Both the sites are hit and miss. I usually buy a 6 month membership just to see what is out there.

There will be no more buying anything at Land Lease Texas! It is all free!

The reason you must sign up is so you can view landowner's contact information. This prevents scripted programs from automatically searching the internet and retrieving this semi-sensitive information and then spamming them to death. It is for their benefit and protection only, otherwise we would make the all content viewable. However the fact, you can still see properties without having to sing up. Currently to help build the business base we are promoting free premium membership accounts. These accounts reward landowners the most. To limit the appearance of segregation we have extended it to everyone regardless of if you are searching for a lease or advertising.

I would love to explain more benefits to you if you would like to talk. Feel free to email me @ info@landleasetexas.com.

I tried it a few years ago, didn't help any, first the listers would never answer phone or call you back and site would not update. Second most of them were priced out the park, but hey it was free to them to advertise, very few the average hunter could afford, and those were the ones that never called you back.

I registered. The search feature feels like it was setup for residential home listings. The interactive map doesn't make much sense either. I guess the idea is to click on every county in the State of Texas until you find one that actually has a listing. I can see from the Lorem ipsum text that the site is still in design. I will check back after the 15th.
