Just emailed the seller, and got the following response:

Honestly I can't say how many rounds have been thru it. I'm not the first owner. I have shot it about 20 times. There is no rub from ammo being loaded so I would think it hasn't been fired to many times. There are no scratches rust wear nothing. It is in new condition. The scope is a Burris signature series 12x w twilight setting.
