Wild dogs are worse than a pack of wolves. They do kill just for food, but also for fun. They will kill a whole group of animals and leave them lay in a killing frizzy. And they won't hesitate at attacking you to. Take them out.

If I'm not hunting something I must be dead.

Not sure where you're at but if you need some help getting rid of your problem I don't mind helping out. With the deer in "Lock Down" I need to check out this new scope I just mounted.

Seen this happen to a herd of goats. Neighbors dogs came over, ran the goats to death, then started taking them down one at a time before we could get the guns out.
Agree with an earlier post also, check with the landowner first.

Well now depends on where your hunting. Many dogs chasing game are not wild. On many hunts especially in SE Okla where the locals have dogs their gonna do what they have been raised to do. Hunt! I've had many instances where dogs push game right by my stand. Country dogs will chase just about anything for sport. Cattle, deer, hogs, coyotes, etc. Those dogs are doing what they were raised to do. Same true with coyotes/hogs, but I'll shoot a coyote/hogs in a heartbeat.

We were driving through our pasture one day when three dogs went running through. I was lining one up for 100 grains of .24 caliber joy when my dad says 'Wait, those could be somebody's dogs, and we don't know anything about them'. Well, I hold off and they split. We catch up to the herd of sheep only to find three ewes and 8 lambs with all sorts of cuts and bites. GRRRR!

From now on, it it's on my place without reason, it dies. Sorry for Fido but we've had some serious sh!t with dogs over the years. If you want to ensure his safety, keep him at home.

I got ran off into a slough up to my shirt pockets by a pack of wild dogs just south of the Arkadelphia, Arkansas dump in the 70's with nothing but a dead limb for protection. You sure can do a lot of thinking before they decide to give it up. Sure was grateful for the slough.

All dogs have instincts especially if they're use to running free. They don't have to be feral dogs to chase and pack hunt. Even domestic dogs can be dangerous. When one animal goes in for the kill or attack the others will automatically be triggered to attack as well. And it doesn't have to be pit bulls. The rest of those dogs are just as dangerous. Shoot them and shoot them all. If they were someone's animals and they're continuously running loose, then their owners are not being responsible. My daughter was almost attacked by a pack of shephard type dogs and they all got a dirt bath.

We had a dog growing up that got smoked for chasing deer. He had a collar on with all his information and the guy that shot him dropped him off at our house and said he was sorry for shooting him but he was chasing deer. He got what was coming to him. When they are packed up like that, at that moment they arent pets, they are down right dangerous wild animals. Drop'em!!!!

We interrupt this marriage for hunting season.

Shoot em! I know how you feel but the dogs terrorizing my place aren't wild they are owned by my idiot neighbors they are the most pathetic excuse for people I have ever met! They are a mother and son the son is in his late 50's and she is 78, he is 6'11 has 3 teeth, smells like a dirty litter box, and is literally insane the mom is the most hate filled vile witch I have ever met, they are always drunk in fact every time they drive through my property to get home they stop in a creek crossing and park there for long periods of time drinking and letting their dogs run around. They have do many dogs I can't count every time I see them they have at least 4 dogs in the vehicle and a bunch more following them around, every time I see him he rambles on and on about being in the mafia, CIA, FBI, dea, navy seal, and how he didn't even use a gun in Vietnam he says he just strangled them ( he's not even old enough to have been in that war I think) he always says he's gonna kill anyone who shoots his dogs and he refuses to keep them on his 150 acres. This year I think he has stopped feeding them because they are dominating my two best feeders I haven't had a single pic of a deer or pig at my 2 best feeders in at least 2 months just starving dogs, unfortunately those feeder are too close to his house to shoot the dogs without a chance of him finding out and every time I turn him in for something it causes a bigger problem. Last season I shot one of his dogs eating a carcass of a hog I had shot a few days before, a couple of days later he was sitting on the side of the road in millitary dress waiting for me so he could tell me that someone shot his "red bone". I never even though he would notice because they have so many dogs but he still whines about it a year later. After deer season I'm planning to go on a dog shooting spree out there and wipe the pack out I see it as doing them a favor since they're starving to death anyway.
