Hmmm tough choice.
If I could do it on my terms(west Texas spot and stalk) then i would go aoudad
If just a bill country hunt, I'd go after an axis with my bow
For it is not the quarry that we truly seek, but the adventure.

Tough call. If it is purely best meat basis: I think that Blackbuck is the tastiest even though it is the least meat.
For trophy: I'd have to go with the Fallow. I missed a huge white one 5 years ago and still kick myself for not sighting my rifle in or taking the time to get the distance ranged right. Haven't seen him since.

A big axis is hard to beat due to antler and body size plus they taste alright.
A big horned audad with chaps is high on my list right now though
Big fallows are cool but dont do much for me same as blackbuck

Well since I already have a Blackbuck and 3 Axis....I reckon I'll have to go with Aoudad (32"+).
