I use the 110 gr. V-Max as a coyote load for my 6.8. While calling coyotes last year, a 150 (+-) hog came out of my pasture to investigate the noise and I dropped him. The V-Max did the job but for hogs, I prefer the Sierra 110 gr. Pro Hunter. That being said, any hog that shows up is likely to get a dose of whatever is in the magazine at the time.
