Man that was a lot of work, I make duck jerky all the time and it's work but not that much work. Hope it turns out well.

Never tried dove, but I grind the heck out of snow geese for jerky.

I've also done duck and goose jerky but never dove. So how did it turn out? For the first time trying it you sure did go all in...wow that looks like it would have taken a long time.

It was work taking the meat off the bone. My son help putting the on the rack. They taste OK I used a jerky recipe from an old hunting cook book. It has a liver taste. But I like liver. i think if i spice it up more will help any one local would like to try it PM me
