Its 280 acreas and year round. Its about 7 miles east of Buffalo. There is no power or water. But there is a cabin but its run down pretty bad. The land owner went up on the price a bunch. I mean he doesnt do anything on it really. I have kept it mowed fixed the fences and kept up the roads the best I could. I just dont have alot of money to spend on it. But anyways he said someone offered him more money. I just hate to give it up I live right up the road from it and can do all the work. He is wanting 3500 a year. It has tons of hogs, coyotes and some pretty decent deer on it. If anyone is interested just let me know if not Im gonna let it go.

Ok Im looking for 3 people for 875 a person. Im wanting someone manage minded. The lease has decent deer but we have let tons walk the past five years. If anyone out there is looking for a decent year round lease just let me know thanks. But I dont want people to just shoot the every buck they see. Oh yeah and the land owner has been keeping the place up this year. The roads are the best I have seen them and he has been mowing.

This is a 3500 dollar hog lease. I have hunted that area....you can sit in a stand for days and never see a deer.

Sorry everyone lease is full. Its not only a good hog lease. Now you will not kill a 180 inch monster. But you can kill a 130 inch deer. Now it is tough hunting just cause its so thick. But I ussually see deer every trip. And thats bow hunting in the woods. The only reason why I want to keep it is to bow hunt. It has some of the best bowhunting I can find around here. And I have access to over 1000 acreas. That has way bigger deer but its not very good bowhunting. But thanks everyone.
