Well i will say this:

Southeast Hamilton-----300acres-electric and water--small pond--heavy cover---2 feilds--- $1100gun and 4 guns and NO DEER KILLED AND NO DEER SEEN.

WEST CORYELL COUNTY (south of gatesville 10 miles)
550 acres--$6000/year--with 11 ponds-- great cover--creek-- A LOT OF DEER SIGN-- 135in 9 point killed--- see atleast 1 DEER per WEEKEND.. 5 guns total-

So i payed almost $2500 in leases and have not killed a deer and barely see deer. Man this is gettting expensive.

We killed ( not me ) 1 12pt b&c 134.5 & 1 10 pt b& c 131. plus 8 6pt (slick ) and 5 spikes . We also culled 8 does. This year 1 8pt 2 does & 1 5 pt.
This is the reason for the pole. I srarted looking again and it seems we are paying too much but i don't see anything else to go to.

We pay $100.00 a year to leave a travel trailer on it year round. We pay $200.00 a year for the utilities. The lease is $775.00 per year for a year round lease. The lease is in Pineland, Texas, on Lake Sam Rayburn.
