Hunger pains after looking at the pictures. My favorite is to wrap in bacon with cream cheese and a Jalapeno.I also like to make kabobs out of the breast.

Wondering what kind of duck is in the next to the last pic? I have dressed pheasant and turkey that had darker meat than that.

All look pretty darn good, maybe except the bottom skewer in the picture above the stuffed jalapeno...was that some kind of diver? Meat looked quite a bit darker than the rest or it just absorbed more Hoison, Worchestershire or Soy.

I like to use red wine as marinade and I use a cab, but can’t let it marinade too long or it will over power the meat. Hour max.

^^^It looks like leg meat. Yep, duck legs.. You got to cook for a long time till it gets tender, more pics of that.. Add steak sauce… Mushrooms… Ladel over a ribeye..

JERKY Smoked sausage 90% of the ducks we killed this past year I did the bacon/jap wraps. Guy if you think they're good with cream cheese try some swiss. It's MONEY!
