I'm new to the forum and not sure how everything works. But I'll be in Somervell county Tx. Near the town of Glen Rose. This is my second year to spring turkey hunt, no luck last year, but keeping my fingers crossed this year.

The plan was to be hunting outside of Jacksboro. But from the reports I think the fire last week hit the lease. I am not sure what the damage is yet or how it will affect the hunting.

I hope last year I heard the birds but they would never come out of the woods. We see deer constantly but for some reason we never see pigs.

In Wise county on private land that borders the LBJ grasslands on three sides. I wondered where all those birds were at. I will scare a few over to you

We are headed to Wheeler County. I have some old buddies come in from LA and some young buddies coming in from MS. Should be fun!

Hamilton county with my brother and my son, who both scored last weekend. My brother in South TX and my son during youth last weekend.
I hope they're still all fired up like they were last weekend! It was awesome...
