Not real sure. New to the area. We are in the northern part of the county though.

Another email from my in box;

"P Smith and Robert went to south Tx to hunt dove on Paul's new lease. They counted 18 covies just riding the roads to get acquinted with the lease. It should be the best year in the last 5."

I saw that report, but I'm keeping my fingures crossed. I know of a sometimes good day lease near there in south Texas.

I live in Fort Bend county south of Hines nursery. There was once up to 20 coveys in the pasture across from the nursery . There are still a few coveys, a half mile south of my house on the Sugar Land property, where I sometimes run my dogs.

Lots of coveys at our lease in Dimmit County. Blues and Bob whites, it should be a fun year.
