This is "Peanut". She is a Senior cheerleader at Texas Tech. She is the daughter of one of my good friends and hunting buddies. Have quite simply watched her grow up. To "Peanut" from this Aggie....GUNS UP!....except of course on October 30th when the Red Raiders visit Kyle Field.



I still give Peanut grief over this picture that was in the Dallas Morning News two years ago after Ole Miss steamrolled the Red Raiders in the Cotton Bowl.....



Here's a turkey picture. My daughter about 8 years ago with two gobblers she got within 30 minutes of each other at the same set up.

It’s hell getting old Bama! I know it’s said all the time but it really seem like it was just yesterday when Peanut and my daughter's “Cheerleading” was at the 6 year old YMCA football games. Now Peanut is fixing to graduate from college and my “baby” is fixing to graduate from High School….and it’s next to impossible to get them go hunting with their old Red Neck daddy’s. And yes, both Red Neck dads are extremely proud!

On the subject of kids and fathers, there is a great thread over in the Photo forum that for "Father/Son or Daughter" pics. I know most of the people that frequent the Turkey Forum see everything but all you guys should check that one out.

Really nice SM. Maybe your baby can give you a new hunting partner in a few years. And I don't mean a sorry son in law. I'm talking Grandson or daughter.
