Hello guys, I've got a great hunt for couples. The property is around 700 acres in the Texas hill country. We have milo and sunflowers planted and with the recent rains they should be doing great by bird season. The property has alot of dove, with open fields, powerlines, and 3 stock tanks. This is a weekend hunt which will include lodging in a bed and breakfest, meals, dove hunting, and wine tours to local vineyards. Below is an break down of what the weekend will include.....

Friday evening:
Hunters arrive, settle into their cabin, enjoy an afternoon dove hunt, Dinner will be served along with some wine, liquor, and appetizers

Saturday:
Hunters enjoy breakfeast, do some more dove hunting, take a tour of the ranch, then are picked up by a limo and taken into town around 11 am. Hunters will enjoy lunch in town, then will take part in wine tastings, and an actual tour of one of the cellars and shown the process of making wine. Hunters will arrive back at the ranch between 3-4 pm where they will get ready for the evening hunt. Afte the hunt is complete dinner will be served around one of the stock tanks located next to the cabin.

Sunday:
Hunters will have breakfeast and enjoy another morning dove hunt. The hunters can then take a tour around the ranch or explore it if they would like. But hunters will be responsible for their own lunch and the hunt will be concluded at 11 am.

I dont know about being in the field with a bunch of people I dont know after going to a wine tasting... Seams like that could be a accident waiting to happen.

Theres not going to be a bunch of people, just a few couples on each hunt. A wine tasting is just that, your taking a few sips. Its not like everybody is going to be sitting around with a couple of bottles and getting liquord up. If for some reason somebody seems to be unsafe or unable to hunt, then they will not be allowed to dove hunt and can go fishing or hang out around the lodge.

Hunt and Golf trip for guys:


I can also arrange for a guys weekend if anybody wants. Instead of a wine tour, I can set up a golfing trip during mid day on Saturday. I'll have a car come to the ranch and pick all the guys up and take them to one of the local golf courses. Ya'll can hunt in the morning, golf in the afternoon, then come back to the ranch and bird hunt in the evening. Given that everybody is half decent at golf and dont require an hour per hole to find your balls

This hunt will include food, lodging, hunting, green fees, and transportation to and from the course. I can also include some beer and liquor/wine during the weekend. If anybody has a group of guys interested then please let me know.
