Looking for 3 "Hunters" not killers.... 1450.00 a year little over 600 acres... MLD lease we have very stringent rules due to problems in the past nothing no hunter here shouldn't be able to live with. If you want to dove, variment or hog hunt there is a another 400 acres to hunt on from March till end of September...BATS21 on here has been on the other half of this lease for 14 years... We want to make it another 30 years so we are looking for quality people!!!!

7 but its rolling hills so the terrain will support it and lots of brush it was set up for 10 but we backed it down.. Each blind area has a natural backstop

Hunting areas have been established there are blinds in place and protein feeders... The existing blinds some need work some need to be replaced they are 4x4...

Man that is close to were we used to hunt about 15yrs ago. Its about 6 miles west of Evant and then take a right on 2414. The first white house thats about 1/2 mile on the right was the cabin. Good hunting at the time and a neat layout. Good price on that place as we were paying about 1k a gun 15yrs ago.

There is a camp house with power and running water but it needs work.... So you have your choice to rough it or not.... Electricity is separate runs about 50.00 a year a piece... Again there is 2 campsites both have houses...

BATS21 is the overall deer lease "Commander" we are 2 separate lease's on the same ranch...

Mberet is a good guy folks, in reality I should be on this lease with him. But things didn't quite work out like that, through no fault of his or anyone elses on his lease. Another place came open and I jumped on it. Good luck Bro.

This is a great area with lots of game and some nice bucks if properly managed. I had the pleasure of hunting part of a large ranch just north of Evant bordered by 281 on the east and 2414 on the west for about 7-8 years. Great area.....miss it a lot.

Those look just like some of the deer we used to kill! The turkeys were plentiful and we did see a few mouflon during the years on the lease. Do you guys have hogs yet??
