My processor has the jerky LOCKED UP! in a separate cooler from the rest of the meat. It might have been an honest mistake and your jerky is still there waiting for you, I hope

I couldn't agree more, but like DrillerJ said, it's his deer, if he likes to make hamburger out of the hooves thats his business.

I would call them, it was propably just an honest mistake.

I did that a long time back with them and have never used them again. They ruined a cape off a good buck and I had to pay the taxidermist more to replace it.
They also F__up the order and went into the freezer and grab some meat and gave it to me. DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE.

If you have to drop off in Castroville then use R&R they do a better job. I take mine to Ingran Lockers and it is much better but you have to drive to get there.

Where do you hunt? I know of a few other that do a decent job.

If you like jerky out of back strap instead of chickenfried with gravy, cheers to ya, its all good.
