Anybody here gonna squeeze in a Friday night game before heading out for the deer pasture? I think I will watch Lake Highlands and John Tyler.
Any true Texan will make time for our state's two great passions.....

In some areas the deer pasture and football field are one and the same, Already seen a nice little 10 chasing a doe the other day while I was walking over the the chutes. I wont get any hunting in until we get knocked out. Got the rest of my life to hunt, last year to try and get a ring....

burnet is playing burkeburnett, think its a first. but i am not driving 3 hours to go see them. and i wont get to hunt this weekend till sunday. so down for me on both fronts

i remember setting in camp listening to the games on AM stations. Good times! nothing like sitting around a big ol fire and kicking back with some beers listening to the games! Kinda starting to miss the hunting seasons...

My nephew graduated from Pewitt. My niece is a cheerleader there. My wife and grandson went to the game last Saturday in Royce City. I went hunting. May go to the game this Saturday and leave to go hunting Sunday. My grandson went down and rode the bull at the game. He had a big time.

I'm gonna squeeze in a game tonight on 96.9 FM at 7:30. Goldthwaite and Shiner rematch from last year in same round. Shiner won that one. Hope the Eagles can repay that one tonight.
