There is a gun shop downtown, not huge he mainly builds guns. You can go to the taxidermy shop and check out all the racks and mounts.
As far as eating we have Earnie's, and few other cafe's nothing to fancy. Albany has place called the Beehive and people from all around drive there to eat. It is about 25 minutes west of Breckenridge.

There is a barbecue place south of town that is pretty good but I can't remember the road name. It is a main road though.

BBQ place is called PIT-STOP it is 2 blocks on South Breckenridge Ave (Hwy 183 South)

Jon Trammels' Gun Shop is a great place he maynot have a lot of merchandise, but one he!! of a gunsmith. If you need any work or triggers done he is the man.

BBQ place is called PIT-STOP it is 2 blocks on South Breckenridge Ave (Hwy 183 South) Cool. That is my grandpa. He lives in Breckenridge. Has a bunch of oil leases around there. Wayne and Jane oil company. Big time catfisherman also.

There's a guy on my Deer lease that lives on the lake. Funny, he lives there and drives all the way to San Saba to hunt. He has an awesome rack hangin' at the lease that he took in Breckenridge.

They have or had a little beer joint named Potters on the West end of town on the north side of the road..if thats your thing..There usta be a great gal that worked there. She was good people for sure and wore some paint on tight wranglers..What a gal!
