Any news on Parker County rut? Will be going this week..

Theres been some chaseing mostly small bucks. My son has had some decent bucks come in to rattling horns this week.

Im starting to see some new deer on my camera. The new one I have been seeing has a petty thick neck, and looks a little swollen. lately all of my deer have been showing up in the afternoon. Nothing in the mornings this week.

Both guys are right on. I have noticed a few bigger bucks chasing this last week but for the most part it's smaller bucks. I'm hoping the weather will start bringing in more deer to the wheat fields. Where is everyone hunting btw? I'm off of 180 west of weatherford.

I am north of 20 east of the Brazos. Mostly seeing movement in the morning.

The past 3 years it has been centered around Nov 21 at our place. I have seen little bucks chasing for a month now, but the big guys should start really soon. I saw a really nice one show up on camera last week so it will be any time now.

My son is hunting on the west side of 20 right on the brazos. I also have a place in to hunt on the parker wise line.

I am also East of the Brazos North of 20. Gonna try to get out this afternoon, if people will stop makin me work.

Just got a report from a buddy of mine that hunts down the road from me, said he was in the blind last night and watched a big buck mount a doe, and saw a couple others chasing! Its time!
