TreeBass, on opening day of dove season I met Bob in the field and was introduced to Tuit. Bob and I chatted and I shot a dove just before legal dark. We let Tuit find it. When she did, she pointed it.
We thought it was pretty cool. And then we picked up the bird and on my way home I thought "darn, I should have taken a picture of that dog pointing that dead dove." And then I got home and unloaded my stuff and found my camera in my bird vest and thought "darn, and the camera was right there all along!!!!"

yes sir, wish you had gotten that pic. Saturday she went ape pooh on the teal I brought home. Followed me everywhere just inthe hopes I'd drop one We played ball today, and she did good

bob brought her over to my house about a month ago when i got him some pigeons. she is one of the prettiest labs i have seen. Are you planing on keeping her, or just fostering her for a while till he gets better?
I like spoonie, his humor is dryer than my duck lease.

LOL, we have spent the past week getting to know each other, and allowing her and Mya to figure it out. Mya has been great in showing her the ropes per our daily routines, and Tuit is a fast learner. Hand signals will come soon enough ishootspoonies, yes she is part of the family now

She looks real nice. If she has Mya to show her the ropes then she will be a very disciplined dog. had a group of ten woodies come into the tank I was deer hunting next to yesterday. Made it real hard not to duck hunt this morning. Glad I didn't as they did not come back.

Thanks for the complment. So far she is catching on to "proper etiquette", so I believe she will be fine.
Nothing worse than an unruly dog or child in the blind!
At least you saw something, all I saw was alot of deer that I could not shoot.
