What about the person who gets in the right hand lane at a red light and does not turn thus holding up everyone behind them from turning right on red.

Or the jerk that blocks the entrance / exit to a business or road and makes it impossible for you to turn in or out? Why not just stop 20 feet short and allow people to pass while you are waiting on your light to turn green????
